    Haven’t used it much yet. I still use my 2003 edition the most as I am comfortable with it, but I knew it was time to update and be ready for what other companies are using. I also found out that both versions can be installed on the same machine and user name without conflict. Just be aware of which desktop icons are used for the new and old versions.

    After purchase I proceeded to install office on my chromepixelbook. After I entered my key the system and back with an error. Not comparable. So I relactantly proceeded to install on my PC laptop and when it wat time to enter key I got message that key had already been used. So I have a dilemma that my purchase is useless. Nowhere in the help says what to do in such situation. Want this to show as a positive review of steps are taken to avoid repeats.

    The first time I attempted my payment did not go thru – I had a gift card from a friend that I wanted to use – so I wrote Key-mart and the Visa folks… Key-mart – even while chat was not open I created a message and was answered within 12 hours… Visa did not contact me so I called – to find out they did see the charge but it was declined because Key-mart was not in the US… well that gave me a bit of a scare as well – But the Key-mark support suggested I use the PayPal icon under the CC and that worked like a charm. The license was granted within 20 minutes and was registered with Microsoft within an hour. Everything went as planned 🙂 AND I got a GREAT DEAL… somehow…

Periodically I will reinstall the software because face it, every software is updated frequently. I bought the software at a fraction of its nominal price, and have the full benefit of the software. Note that I received four degrees in eight years from New York University, including BS EE, MS EE, MS Math, and PhD EE (EE represents electronic engineering).

    I am a first time buyer with Keymart and my experience is awsome. The download is a little confusing, However, if you follow the instruction carefully you should have no problems.
